December 21: The customer will have to choose 3day select, 2nd day, or Next Day Air to guarantee delivery by Christmas.

December 22: The customer will have to select 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air to guarantee delivery by Christmas.

December 23: This is the last day to get a package by Christmas and customers will have to select Next Day Air.

December 24th: We will NOT be shipping on this day, in observance of Christmas Eve. Please make sure all orders are placed by the 23rd to ensure delivery in time for Christmas.

General Guide

Same Day Shipping – We ship out over 95% of our orders immediately after processing.

For same day shipping, your order MUST be received and processed before 2 P.M. Central Standard Time, Monday thru Friday, we do not ship packages for delivery on Saturday. Same day shipping qualifications are set by availability of the item(s) ordered and payment method.

We also allow a one day processing time for your order.

Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150.00 in the Continental United States, lower 48, excluding the State of Hawaii, the State of Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Free Shipping

Free Standard Shipping delivery can typically take 3 to 8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping Options in the Continental US-Lower 48.

There is a two day processing period for non-expedited orders.

We DO NOT SHIP to P.O. BOXES-Army Post Office(APO)/Fleet Post Office (FPO)

We DO NOT SHIP to P.O Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO) and Fleet Post Offices (FPO) using USPS only. Expedited shipping is not available.

For orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We Offer “Standard Shipping” for a $30 flat rate. Expedited shipping is not available.

Next Day Air Shipping Restrictions

Due to restrictions by the US Department of Transportation (DOT), items that are flammable or composed of compressed gases are considered Hazardous Materials and are prohibited from air transportation.

The Department of Transportation prohibits Air-Shipment of the following items:

  • Aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans, such as hairspray or shaving cream.
  • Products that contain flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals, such as nail polish and nail polish remover.
  • Lithium Batteries
  • We will try our best to deliver your order through the fastest means possible, within the guidelines of federal regulations. makes every effort to ensure that all the merchandise we feature is in-stock.


If an item becomes ‘out of stock’ after your order has been submitted, we will ship the in-stock items in your order.  We will send you an email notifying you that one or more of your selected items is out of stock. We will cancel and refund the cost of the out of stock items from your order.


  • Any item(s) that are cancelled and/or are no longer available will not be charged and your final shipment notice will contain an adjusted price.

Shipment Confirmation Email

Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an email with an order number, confirming that your order is being processed.  Once the order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number.

Risk of Loss

Missing or lost packages will require an investigation process that may take 7-11 business days by the shipping carrier.

Deemed Undeliverable, Refused Package

Any order delivery refused and returned to us, without previous authorization from our customer -service team, will be regarded and processed as an “unauthorized” return. Your order will be considered cancelled and refunded to the original payment method. These packages may be subject to pay the original shipping cost and/or restocking fees.


Weekend and/or Holiday Shipping and Delivery

Weekend and Holiday orders will be processed on our next business day.


Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or any portion of the order is missing, we require that you notify our customer service team. Please provide your order confirmation number, purchasers first and last name and a description of the incorrect or missing item(s). If you received an incorrect item and would like to exchange it, we will provide a pre-paid return label for your convenience. If a refund is requested, the original purchase price will be credited back to the original payment method once we receive the returned item(s).
